Monday
Today we set off for Fort William. It was such a long drive we met up with a friend in Glasgow and we didn’t have tea til 9 ish. I had 1 and a half bags of crisps so I won’t get angry that I was hungry
.Tuesday
Today we popped in Fort William and the Loch was still and beautiful. I found a nice fat face shirt for 8 pounds which was such a bargain. We made lunch and explored the ruins of a castle and then found some fun locks. After that we went in search for Harry Potter Bridge and this evening we are going to watch stars wars. Lots of fun. Peace and out!!
Wednesday
We attempted to visit skye for the day but it was such a long drive that we found Eilean Donan Castle on the way to skye. It was set on a beautiful location. Then we did some sketching. Unfortunately cause of the winding roads I had a headache for most of the day so didn’t feel that well for the afternoon and evening
Thursday
Woke up feeling much better had the rest of last night tea and some toast and we were climbing Ben nevis today. The climb to Ben nevis was soo long the last hour was really tiring but it was nice once we got to the top and we could finally have our lunch. We chilled a bit appreciated the views from the top and then we raced down to the Lake which was fun and scary at the same time. The lake was absolutely freezing and my friend sat down in it I even felt cold watching him. Once we finished we did more racing down to the bottom so we could have a shower and find a pub to eat out celebrating being awesome friends for a year. We had a lovely meal my venison burger was really tasty. Once we got back to the tent we got ready for bed and finished watching the Princess bride which was amusing. I think today has been the best day so far
Friday
Woke up feeling sore legs after such a long walk. We relaxed the morning went down to the river and had a nice refreshing swim and my friends did some more sketching while I just relaxed. The afternoon we relaxed played some fun games and had the luxury of having Sausages and mash for tea which was delicious and then we watched blades of glory in the evening
