A few nights away in a Yurt

Thursday

Arrived at the yurt in the Peak District. Its cosy and home friendly. We went on a crazy walk adventure to find the goats. The goats were very cheeky demanding all the food. In the evening we had a barbecue which was really good fun. After that we played some fun games in the yurt til midnight!!

Friday

Had a very lazy morning just chilling and chatting in the yurt. We had some American style pancakes for breakfast. In the afternoon we headed to bakewell to try the famous bakewell pie which was really sugary but nice. We wanted to go a lovely walk around Chatsworth House but we couldn’t pay for parking so we headed back to the yurt for a walk along the disused railway track near the yurt. After a long walk we found a pub to have a evening drink for fun.

Saturday

Today was our last day in the Peak District so we packed up and headed back to our friends house where we played some entertaining card games for most of the morning. In the afternoon we drove to Castleton to go on a short walk up the hill to see the views.
